Returns are permitted within 14 days from delivery.
To make a change size, just send an email to support@maxmartini.net. We will reply to you within 24 hours with all the instructions: You don't have to worry about anything, we take care of the whole process.
The cost of the size exchange includes both the return shipping and the shipping cost of the new size:
€7.99 (collection) + €7.99 (new shipment)
€12.99 (collection) + €12.99 (new shipment)
For exchanges with different items of equal or higher value, it is possible to pay the difference, and the same shipping conditions apply.
💰 Returns without exchange
If you wish to make a return without requesting a size change or replacement with other items, you will be refunded the total amount paid, less:
original shipping cost already paid at the time of order
additional cost of the same value as the original shipping cost to cover return shipping
