This measurement refers to your waist size (stomach circumference). You need to use a centimeter and take measurements without clothes.

This measurement refers to the width of the ankle of the trousers at the lowest point (not the circumference). You don't have to take any measurements on your ankle but make a comparison with the trousers you already wear. This measurement refers to the length of the trouser leg on the inside, therefore from the linguine to the ankle. You don't have to take any measurements on yourself but make a comparison with the trousers you already wear. If the length is longer than the trousers you usually use, simply hem them.
