You will receive instructions for printing the label

The system will show you the nearest GLS Parcel Shop where you can deliver the package.

Simply prepare your parcel, attach the label, and drop it off at your selected GLS Parcel Shop.

If you'd like to return an item from Italy, you can do so quickly and easily through our automated INPost Returns Portal.

📅 RETURN TIMES

You have 14 days from delivery date of your order to request a return.

💶 RETURN COSTS

The cost of each return is equal to €25.

This amount will be deducted from your refund. Once the package has returned to our warehouse for the appropriate checks, We'll process your refund within 14 days. You don't need to contact us to request a refund. You'll receive it automatically.
