Return period

You can request a return within 14 days of your order being delivered.

Once the return has been requested, the package must be handed over to the courier or to the indicated collection point within 5 working days.

Return requests made after the 14-day period may not be accepted.

Return conditions

We reserve the right to refuse a return or reduce the refund amount if an item is returned worn, damaged, used, modified, or in a condition that is unsuitable for resale.

Return cost

For returns from Italy and other European Union countries, a return cost equal to €25.

For returns from the UK, a return cost of £20.

The return fee covers the costs associated with the return process, including transportation, logistics, quality control, and restocking the item.

There is no need to make any separate payment. The applicable amount (€25 for Italy and the European Union or £20 (for the UK) will be automatically deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once the return has been received and inspected at our fulfillment center, we will process the refund to the payment method used for the purchase.

The cost of returning the item will be deducted from the refund. €25 for orders from Italy and the European Union, or £20 for orders from the UK.

Once your refund is processed, it may take approximately 3–10 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment method provider.

Changes

We do not exchange sizes or items. If you would like a different size or item, you will need to return the purchased item following the standard return procedure. Once the return has been received and verified, we will process the refund according to the conditions set forth in our Return Policy.

In the meantime, you can place a new order directly on our website in the size or item you want, without having to wait for your refund to be processed.

Incorrect or defective items

If you have received an incorrect or defective item, please do not initiate a standard paid return before contacting our Customer Service.

Please include your order number, describe the problem, and, where applicable, attach photographs of the item.

If the error is attributable to Max Martini Milano, the customer will not have to bear the related return costs.

Important

Always use the official portal indicated above based on the country from which you are making the return.

Returns sent independently without following the authorized return procedure may not be accepted and any additional shipping costs incurred will not be refunded.
