🔄 Return and Size Exchange Policy

Returns are permitted within 14 days of delivery.

👕 Free Size Exchange applies only to orders equal to or greater than €150

Just send an email to support@maxmartini.net Within 14 days of delivery. You'll receive all the instructions within 24 hours: we'll take care of the collection and reshipment, at no additional cost to you.

📦 Valid for all orders shipped to Italy, Europe and the USA.

🛍 For exchanges for different items of equal or greater value, you can pay the difference. In this case, too, the exchange is free of shipping costs.

💰 Returns without exchange
If you wish to return an item without requesting a size exchange or a replacement, you will be refunded the full amount paid, minus €15 for shipping and handling costs for restoring and inspecting the item.

The refund will be processed after the package has returned to our warehouse, using the same payment method used for the order.

For orders under €150, the cost of a size exchange is €15 in Italy and €25 in Europe.
