Just send an email to support@maxmartini.net Within 14 days of delivery. You'll receive all the instructions within 24 hours: we'll take care of the collection and reshipment, at no additional cost to you.

🛍 For exchanges with different items of equal or greater value, it is possible to pay the difference. In this case too, the exchange is no shipping costs.
💰 Returns without exchange
If you wish to return an item without requesting a size change or replacement with another item, you will be refunded the total amount paid, less:
- the original shipping cost already paid at the time of ordering
- an additional charge of the same value as the original shipping cost to cover the return shipping
