The return label will be generated automatically

You will receive instructions for printing the label

The system will show you the nearest GLS Parcel Shop where you can deliver the package.

Simply prepare your parcel, attach the label, and drop it off at your selected GLS Parcel Shop.

📅 RETURN TIMES

You have 14 days from delivery date of your order to request a return.

💶 RETURN COSTS

The cost of each return is equal to €25.

This amount will be deducted from your refund once the returned items have been received and approved by our warehouse.
