The first size change is completely free.

You just need to send an email to support@maxmartini.net within 14 days of delivery. Within 24 hours you will receive all the instructions: we will take care of the collection and the new shipment, without any additional cost for you.

🛍 For exchanges with different items of equal or higher value, it is possible to pay the difference. Even in this case, the exchange is no shipping costs.

💰 Returns without exchange
If you wish to make a return without requesting a size change or replacement with other items, you will be refunded the total amount paid, less:

the original shipping cost already paid at the time of ordering
an additional charge of the same value as the original shipping cost to cover the return shipping
